Another candidate for parentage:

"Referring to Cut Roses, fine specimens of which were shown by Mr. Wm. Paul, Mr. Berkeley stated that one, a seedling from Louise Peyronny, was worthy of notice, being an exquisite rosy peach, a shade deeper in colour than its parent, but not so large. This was named Elizabeth Vigneron." --Gardeners' Chronicle, 1865, p. 652

There is a note on the description page that says the rose was bred in 1860, sold to Paul in 1864 and introduced by him in 1865, but there is no source given for that statement in the note or in the references.
