Geoff Swane, NSW.  Swane's New Rose Introductions for 1996.
St. Therese de Lisieux  A very strong upright bush with excellent deep, glossy-green foliage. Blooms are of a delicate white, edged with only a hint of soft shell-pink, carried both singly and in clusters. Med to tall 100-150cms. This beautiful rose is introduced by Swane's Nursery on behalf of the Carmelite Monastery, Kew, Victoria to commemorate the work of Therese Martin accepted into the Carmelite community of Lisieux at the early age of 15 years.
