Notes:
The French word deuil is used in the sense of the English to mourn. Ferdinand-Philippe (September 3, 1810 Palermo - July 13, 1842 Neuilly-sur-Seine), Duke of Orléans and Crown Prince, died after falling off from a carriage near the park of Neuilly. Said to resemble the rose 'De Tourville' Paillet attributes this rose to Desprez in 1850.
