I believe this may be an Australian rose.
The Australian Rose Annual 1963, page 45 carried a New Rose Registration No. 181 for Azelda. H.T. bred by T. J. Matthews, and registered on May 14, 1962.

ONE YEAR LATER: Nope - it was a New Zealand rose (see 1980 reference). Probably during the brief 20 years 1943-1963 that the publication was called the Australian and New Zealand Rose Annual, the Australian Registrar listed New Zealand roses as well as Australian.
