Website/Catalog (1905) Page(s) 3, 5. Includes photo(s). New Roses. Ready March 10. Our second novelty Rosalind Orr English is overshadowed by being sent out at the same time as Richmond, though we consider it a rose of most unusual value, because it is extremely free, its color is brilliant, (a scarlet pink), and it is beautiful in every stage of development.
Rosalind Orr English Hybrid Tea, a seedling from Chatenay; unapproached in brilliancy of color, a cerise pink, much the shade of a good Lawson; sends up splendid canes and plenty of them; the bud is very full, beautifully formed, of medium size, but opens into a fine large flower; one of the most lasting of roses, and bound to be a favorite with careful buyers on this account. Thrives in 58 to 60 degrees. See cut [flowers pictured] on cover. Received certificate of merit from Horticultural Society of Chicago.
