The Rose Annual, 1917 p.162
from an advertisement for New Seedling Roses for 1917 raised by Hugh Dickson, LTD
"Lillian Moore. Awarded the Thousand Dollar Prize at the Panama Pacific Exposition....It is deep, pure Indian yellow in colour with slightly deeper center. The flowers are large and very full, of perfect camellia shape, carried on stiff erect stems with handsome, clean deep olive green foliage....about 21/2 feet in height."

Thanks Nastarana. Added the 1917-162 ref in full. Let me know if you are seeking more info on this rose - I have a few Australian references to it
