King of Sweden (the Black Rose)
This wonderful new Hybrid Perpetual was raised in France, and is now first offered for sale, we have contracted for the stock of it. It is an extra strong, vigorous grower; flowers large and double, and of the darkest, velvety, crimson-black color we have in any rose. It is very sweet-scented and of perfect shape, and the richest colored sort yet introduced. Blooms when very small.
