A brilliant display of new opened orange-salmon semi-double blooms in large and small clusters but which fade badly is what twenty-eight reporters over the years have to say about this release. The light green glossy foliage compliments and enhances the blooms. It would appear to be very healthy as there is not one report of any disease. Two reporters say it is sprawly, one or two say to give it plenty of room to grow in and Wairarapa recommends it as a standard bush. One or two find the repeat a little slow, but most are very happy with the amount of bloom produced throughout the season. So it would appear to be a good healthy garden rose, growing up to four or five feet, giving lots of brilliant orangey coloured blooms which however do fade to a rather ugly shade.

The West Coast (S.I. report a healthy disease free plant, Nelson the same, with lots of bloom and glorious foliage; Hastings is impressed with health and repeat. Milton says it does fade a little and Manawatu says it has poor habit with ugly fading flowers. Wairarapa say it makes a good standard.
