'Bramble Bear' Bernardella; 10 reports on 16 bushes; 1-4 years; 50cms; 7.2 rating. Medium apricot flowers with deeper reverse. Bay of Plenty say unusual colour, large blooms but not enough of them. Waikato has large flowers in the maxi range. North Otago find the repeat slow and the blooms heavy; healthy. Central Taranaki find it does well in a pot. MarIborough say it is a pretty rose with lovely form. Gisborne say it flowers late. Feilding likes the delightful colour and the good repeat. Wairarapa says low growing. Good flowers but a bit scarce.

'Bramble Bear'. Benardella. medium apricot flowers with deeper reverse; 4 reports on 7 bushes; 2-4 years; 60cm; 6.8 rating. Bay of Plenty say coarse large blooms. Average repeat. Healthy but not vigorous. Waikato bushes grow well but it is another large mini. North Otago find the repeat slow and the blooms heavy. Healthy but not vigorous. Northland feel the blooms are a bit large and the repeat slow. Spreading habit.

'Bramble Bear' Benardella; medium apricot flowers with deeper reverse; 5 reports on 7 bushes; 1-2 years; 56cm; 6.8 rating. Gisborne has a good repeat. Bay of Plenty like the exhibition form, but the stems are short. Tneir plant lacks vigour and the repeat is slow. Marlborough has a healthy bush and the roses have lovely form and colour. North Harbour have a healthy bush which flowers well, but it has thick stems which make it look coarse and heavy. Slow repeat. Waikato bushes grow well, but it is another large mini.
