It is a healthy plant for the smaller garden and is also useful on banks and borders where it forms an effective ground cover. In a large container, and for a year or two in a sizeable hanging basket, it is particularly attractive. Tantau, Germany, Parentage unknown. Royal National Rose Society President's International trophy 1992.
