So far, most of the plants Meilland Richardier has sent me over the past 3 years have been of poor quality and have failed to thrive. Within a year or two I have replaced all these roses with the same cultivars I obtained from other nurseries in France, Germany, and England, and these replacements are doing well. Meilland Richardier has also made mistakes in filling my order - they for instance sent me two plants of the same cultivar instead of the two different ones I had ordered, and it took me several phone calls and emails, communicating in French to a very reluctant absolutely non-English speaking staff to have them correct their mistake. There are much better nurseries in France, Italy, Germany and elsewhere, and they can usually speak at least some English.

Thus, I cannot recommend Meilland Richardier. I would only order from them if I cannot find a specific rose at another good nursery in Europe.
