The Rose Annual - Page 112 (1972) Two cultivars are named 'Golden Poly'. The first in 1931, raiser Pahissa, is described as pure yellow edged carmine and that of 1935, raised by Leenders, as golden-yellow to yellowish-white.

The Rose Annual p. 223 (1937) Golden Poly (Hy. Poly.), M. Leenders. Buttercup yellow, to yellowish white. The blooms are large and fragrant, and the habit of growth dwarf. We want a Rose of this colour badly, and if this comes up to the usual Leenders' high standard, it should be in great demand.
