Origin:
Discovered by Victor Lemoine (France, circa 1900).
Introduced in France by Victor Lemoine & fils in before 1917 as 'Oiseau Bleu'.
Class:
Herbaceous Group, Late Large Flowered.  
Bloom:
Lilac, blue shading.  Small, hyacinth-shaped, star-shaped bloom form.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Different opinions on parentage. We follow here the publications of V. Lemoine & Fils.
