MESSRS. JACKMAN'S CLEMATISES.
Messrs. Jackman & Son's popular exhibition at Regent's Park has now been brought to a close, and we may fittingly call attention at its termination to some of the charming novelties which it has been the means of introducing to our notice.  Amongst the later novelties of the patens group were Miss Crawshay, a handsome and distinct variety, with large pink flowers passing off to pale flesh colour, and contrasted with pale brown anthers.
Magazine  (Jul 1874)  Page(s) 169.

...several other varieties of the same patens section, and of very great merit, have also been exhibited and certificated, especially those named The Queen, a delicate mauve, Vesta, a satiny-white, Miss Crawshay, a soft Solferino-rose, Samuel
Moulson, a mauve, with reddish bars, and Mrs. George Jackman, a superb white, with extraordinarily large flowers.
