Sinij Dozhdj (Blue Rain) In my garden in 2013, originally purchased in 2003 at Barker's nursery in Ulvaston. Eight were purchased that day and 7 are still thriving. It is on a west facing wall, however it grows to well in excess of the 4 ft mentioned in the literature. Same plant at a different time of day.
