Introduced in United Kingdom by Peveril Clematis Nursery in 1986 as 'C. 'Pastel Blue''.

Bloom:
Blue.  Mild fragrance.  4 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Single, bell-shaped, clusters, crimped edge bloom form.  Early spring to late summer.  
Habit:

Height: 2' (60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b through 9b.  Best in a sunny location.  In early spring, cut back to just above the lowest set of healthy buds.
