Origin:
Bred by Robbie Tucker (United States, 2003). Introduced in United States by Rosemania in 2003 as 'Providence'.
Bloom:
Yellow. None / no fragrance. 26 to 40 petals. Average diameter 2". Medium, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, exhibition bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Medium, bushy. Glossy, medium green foliage.
Height: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, exhibition, garden, landscape or specimen. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
Breeder's notes:
Color does not fade; very few prickles on some canes and no prickles on others.
