Bloom:
Deep yellow. Moderate, musk fragrance. Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, exhibition bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Tall, bushy. Large, matte, medium green foliage.
Height: 4'11" to 5¼' (150 to 160cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that. Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) . Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

Notes:
lelliottsmith emailed information about 'Midas Touch': I planted one of these last year. In Louisiana, the big problem is black spot and mildew. This plant is extremely resistant to both and is constantly blooming, even in the extreme heat of August.
