LINDA'S HISTORY
One of 9 children, Linda grew up on a dairy farm in Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York where grandparents owned a Nursery and Greenhouse business.
Moved to Florida 25 years ago.
Worked as overseer in a grow nursery for 8 years.
Owned and operated Sugar Bear Nursery in Orange Park for 6 years.
Currently is the Garden Shop manager at Hagan Ace Hardware.
Linda shares her home with 6 dogs; "Ben", the Golden Retriever, "Queenie" the Bulldog, "Marc", the German Short-haired Pointer (and admirer of dark-haired women), "Josie Wales", the Corgi, "Sam", the Lab mix, and "Patches", the Dalmatian mix.

LINDA'S OTHER ACTIVITIES
Wrote a gardening column for Florida Woman Magazine from 1992-1998.
Currently writes a weekly column, The Veranda, for Clay County Leader.
Gives seminars on Herbs, Perennials, and growing Roses in Florida.
Has done numerous TV segments on gardening for Channel 4.
Past TV includes working with Jim Watson, and some commercial work.
Started growing Old Garden and Antique Roses 13 years ago.
Currently has 107 roses in her home garden.
