Came as 'Rose Edouard' in 2004 from M. Alden, Perth. Own roots at Northcliffe Sep 18, 2023. This plant propagated in 2019 is still in its pot and obviously likes the regime of sheep manure and the alkaline lucerne hay top dressing. My other plant in our acid heavy loam has just two buds today. Later edit: every single bloom balled and rotted this spring.
