'Joy-83' rose Description

Bloom:
Bright vermilion, fading to coral pink. Mild, pine fragrance. 5 to 8 petals. Average diameter 4". Medium-large, single (4-8 petals), in large clusters, cupped-to-flat, open bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, leafy sepals, long sepals buds.
Habit:
Tall, arching, armed with thorns / prickles, well-branched. Large, glossy, dark green, dense foliage. 3 to 5 leaflets.
Height: 6' to 9' (185 to 275cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5a and warmer. Very hardy. very vigorous. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant. Can be grown as a climber in mild climates. Do not prune. Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy.

Currently in use as breeding stock only. Listed as a triploid, based on my assumption.
