Origin:
Bred by James Lee (United Kingdom, 1825).
Class:
Hybrid Bracteata.  
Bloom:
White.  Single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Rounded buds.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Although Andrews states that this is a seedling of Macratney Rose, he classes it among Rosa indica. Possibly pollinated by a Tea Rose.
