'PACninetyeight' rose Description

Bloom:
White. Mild, spice fragrance. 35 to 40 petals. Average diameter 1.5". Small, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Ovoid buds.
Habit:
Bushy, compact, upright. Matte, dark green foliage. 3 to 5 leaflets.
Height: 7" to 10.5" (18 to 25cm). Width: 8" to 1' (20 to 30cm).
