Origin:
Discovered by Yuko Fukui (Japan, before 2010). Discovered by Yukihisa Katsumoto (Japan, before 2010). Discovered by Yoshikazu Tanaka (Japan, before 2010).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  Strong, sweet fragrance.  20 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Medium green, leathery foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 39" to 47" (100 to 120cm).  Width: 2' to 32" (60 to 80cm).

The new Rose plant is a product of a planned breeding program conducted by the Inventors in Katori-shi, Chiba-ken, Japan....The new Rose plant is a naturally-occurring whole plant mutation of Rosa hybrida ‘KEIhaburu’, disclosed in U.S. Plant Pat. No. 19,509. The new Rose plant was discovered and selected by the Inventors as a single plant within a population of plants of ‘KEIhaburu’ in a controlled greenhouse environment in Katori-shi, Chiba-ken, Japan.
