Bloom:
Light pink, deep pink reverse. Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Breeder's notes:
Churachand is a town in the state of Manipur. We have loved giving names to our hybrid giganteas of places and people or things connected to this state since we found the species gigantea here, near the border town of Ukhrul, near Mount Sirohi. Churachand is reminiscent of the white moon (Chand means moon) and as this rose has large clear white flowers we felt it appropriate to name it Churachand.
