Bred by AndrĂ© Carl (United States, 2012).
Class:
Hybrid Wichurana, Large-Flowered Climber, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Apricot to copper, carmine-pink outer petals, orange undertones, ages to coral-pink .  Moderate fragrance.  10 to 20 petals.  Average diameter 4".  Medium-large, semi-double to double, in small clusters, cupped-to-flat, ruffled bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Medium, long sepals, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Semi-glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  3 to 5 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, garden or landscape.  Hardy.  vigorous.  can be grown as a shrub.  drought resistant.  flowers drop off cleanly.  heat tolerant.  produces decorative hips.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Unfortunately this plant was lost when a garage was built and it had to be moved. An unfortunate loss as it was a very unique and beautiful plant. Hopefully I may be able to create another plant similar to this one.
