Introduced in Australia by Langbecker in 1966 as 'Eye Liner'.

Blood red with darker tonings,.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green, leathery foliage.
