Breeder's notes:
This plant was bred by Ralph Moore and given to Paul Barden to use in breeding. It is the seed parent of 'Dragon's Blood'.
The parentage of this variety is based on a word description given to Paul by Mr. Moore himself, but breeding records were never found to confirm this data.
From Kim Rupert, "Ralph Moore shared this rose with me, also. When Grandmother's Hat was passed on to him, he was told it was a Bourbon Rose. He gave me this rose under the nick name of "A New Bourbon", along the same idea as his calling New Adventure and It's Show Time "New Teas". "
