Bred by William A. Warriner (United States, before 1991).
Introduced in United States by Bear Creek Gardens, Inc. as 'Plum Dandy'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  Flowers medium lavender, ligher near petal base, fades to light lavender with age.  Moderate, fruity fragrance.  25 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Very large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Small, pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, spreading.  Small, glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.
