Bred by G. Delbard (France, 1976).

Bloom:
Carmine-red.  Flowers deep crimson red.  None to mild fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Large foliage.  

Height: 8'2" to 9'10" (250 to 300cm).  Width: 4'11" to 8'2" (150 to 250cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden or pillar.  Vigorous.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
