Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2000 as 'Abendglut'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Dark red.  None to mild, mild fragrance.  Small, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 39" (60 to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.

Notes:
Cants of Colchester say 'Valiant Heart' has large trusses of small deep red blooms. According to their Autumn 2000/Spring 20001 catalog, 50p from the sale of this rose goes to the Combined Police Benevolent Fund.
