'Elly J. Nieborg' rose Description

Bloom:
Apricot and pink. Pink orange with fuschia blending. Strong, fruity fragrance. Average diameter 4.75". Large, very full (41+ petals), in large clusters, high-centered to cupped, old-fashioned bloom form. Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season. Medium, decorative, fragrant buds.
Habit:
Tall, bushy.
Height: 39" to 6'7" (100 to 200cm). Width: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 2b through 8b. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden. Very hardy. drought resistant. shade tolerant. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, blackspot resistant, mildew resistant, rust resistant. Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood.. Needs little care; relatively disease-free and quite hardy. Prune lightly until this rose gets established (about two years), then prune it back by about a third.. Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
