Discovered by William Devor (United States, 2002).
Introduced in United States by Conard-Pyle (Star Roses) in 2006 as 'Carefree Sunshine, Cl.'.
Class:
Climber.  
Bloom:
Light yellow.  Mild, spice fragrance.  up to 10 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Glossy, medium green, dense foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 6' to 10' (185 to 305cm).  Width: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  
Breeder's notes:
Lemon yellow color; light green matte foliage; averages nine petals; one to seven flowers per stem, but three to five is common; bud is deep golden yellow; abundant flowering if plant is well watered and fed; profusion of bright orange hips in fall

The new variety of Rosa hybrida climbing shrub rose plant of the present invention was discovered during August, 2002 while present among a block of rose plants of the `Radsun` variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 13,063) growing in a greenhouse setting at Arroyo Grande, Calif., U.S.A.
