Bred by Aksel Olsen (Denmark, 1960).
Class:
Shrub, Species / Wild.  
Bloom:
Purple and red.  Mild fragrance.  5 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Medium, single (4-8 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall, arching, lax, upright.  Medium, matte, dark green, leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  Width: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Can be used for garden, hedge, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Very vigorous.  This rose blooms on old wood.
