Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2003 as 'DELstrijor'.
Introduced in United States by Certified Nurseries in 2019 as 'Alfred Sisley'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink, stripes, yellow reverse.  Mild, apple, pepper fragrance.  Full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  Width: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.

In 1998 an unnamed seedling (the seed parent) was crossed with pollen parent 'Adharman’ under greenhouse conditions. The resultant seeds were harvested and sown in Jan 1999 ....In 1999 plant number was multiplied to 99, and so forth until numbers sufficient for commercial release in 2004 in France.
First sold in France in Oct 2004.
