Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, carmine-red shading, lighter reverse, ages to lilac-pink .  up to 80 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, very full (41+ petals), in small clusters, flat, quartered bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Bristly , compact, light prickles.  Leathery foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  Width: up to 39" (up to 100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
