Bred by Grugeoire (France, before 1860). Introduced in France by François Fontaine in 1861 as 'Madame Ernest Dréolle'. Introduced in Australia by Thomas Lang in 1866 as 'Madame Ernest Dreol'.
Bloom:
Lilac - pink. Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
