Bloom:
Light pink to pink. Strong, old rose fragrance. Average diameter 2". Medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Occasional repeat later in the season.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
Said to be similar to 'Tiresias' - see. Dubourg was one of the revolutionaries of 1830 attempting to overthrow the Bourbons. He masqueraded in a fake General's uniform and went on to occupy the Paris mayor's office on July 29, 1830. After the monarchy fell, the title of General was bestowed on him on October 2, 1830.
