Bred by RVS Rijksstation voor Sierplantenteelt (Belgium, 1991).
Introduced in Belgium by Rijksstation Voor Sierplantenteelt (RVS) in 1995 as 'Marie-Louise Velge'.
Introduced in Australia by Roses and Friends Archive of closed nursery in 2008 as 'Marie-Louise Velge'.
Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, ages to white . [Light pink.]  Flowers light pink suffused white.  Strong fragrance.  20 petals.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Semi-glossy, light green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 5'11" (60 to 180cm).  Width: 39" (100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Louis Lens says the color of the bloom is light pink shading to white.
