Discovered by Reynolds (United States, before 1933). Introduced in United States by Traendly & Schenck in 1933 as 'President Franklin D. Roosevelt'.
Bloom:
Scarlet, dark red edges. Moderate fragrance. 35 to 40 petals. Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
