Bred by Hugh Dickson (c.1877 -1922) (United Kingdom, 1919).
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1919 as 'Countess of Lonsdale'.
Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1920 as 'Countess of Lonsdale'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Strong fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  Bronze-green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
