Bred by Alexander (Sandy) Dickson III (1893-1975) (United Kingdom, 1933).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1937 as 'B.S. Bhatcharji'.

Bloom:

Butter-yellow. Moderate fragrance. Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Habit:

Few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
