Damask Perpetual, Portland.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink.  Large, double (17-25 petals), cupped bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Mike Lowe classes this rose (syn. 'Armide') as a Damask Perpetual and gives it a date of 1846...
