Introduced in France by Charles Pierre Marie Cochet-Cochet in 1922 as 'Président Parmentier'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1928 as 'Président Parmentier'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink, apricot undertones, salmon-pink highlights, light yellow highlights.  Mild fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns.  Large, reddish-purple foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
