Introduced in Australia by Treloar Roses in 1968 as 'Mexicana'.

Bloom:
Red, silver(y) reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Glossy, dark green, leathery foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
