USDA zone 4b through 8b.

Various authors of the 20th century confused the variegated 'Comte de Foy' with the pink 'Comte de Foy' (also named "de Rouen" for distinguishing. This rose was issued as 'Admirable panachée' by François; the synonym 'Comte de Foy' added later by Prévost.
