Introduced in United States by Tiny Petals Miniature Rose Nursery Historic Archive as 'Cheer Up'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Orange or orange-red.  Mild fragrance.  28 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Large, borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, urn-shaped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Medium, semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Produces decorative hips.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
