Introduced in Canada by Planteck International Inc in 2016 as 'Belle Toulousaine'.
Class:
Intersectional Hybrid / Itoh.  
Bloom:
Pink, purple shading.  70 to 75 petals.  Average diameter 8".  Large, very full bloom form.  Early-to-mid.  
Habit:

Height: 35" to 39" (90 to 100cm).  Width: up to 4'1" (up to 125cm).

This new variety, hereinafter referred to as `RTPIV789-06`, was discovered as part of a planned breeding program. The inventors, Thierry Rat crossed the seed parent Paeonia lactiflora `Miss America`, unpatented with the pollen parent, Paeonia lutea `Chinese Dragon` during May of 2006. The resulting new variety was selected in a research nursery in Castel Sarrasin France during May of 2011.
