Bred by Unknown Chinese Breeder(s) (China, 1998).
Discovered by Elwyn Chow (Australia, 2002).
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa.  
Bloom:
Pink, red flares.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 7".  Medium to large, single bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:

Height: 4' to 5' (120 to 150cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Selected by E. Chow from 2-year old seedlings received 2000 from Chaozhou, first bloomed 2002, registered 2013.
