Bred by William J. Seidl (United States, before 1965).
Introduced in United States by Oregon Perennial Company in 2008 as 'Allan Rogers'.
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Light pink, ages to white .  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double bloom form.  Early-to-mid.  
Habit:
Compact.  Dark foliage.  

Height: 2' to 28" (60 to 70cm).
